What about hiring a lawyer?
I think it wold not be a bad idea to collectivelly hire a lawyer to sue Ubisoft for not fullfilling its contract with us legal customers.
We have purchased a product legally and we all have working internet. Ubisoft owes us a compensation as collective. They may claim an attack or as I read in another Ubisoft comunique, that this was due to the inmense traffic demand from players wnating to connect and that this did not affected players already connected but to those that want to join a new sesion. This is clearly the evdence they have sold a product and associated services without having the appropiate hardware and systems to provide them even in case of the logically expected high demand. Legal customers are entitled a compensation of some kind. Maybe we have a lawyer among us subsimers that can give us his opinion about it. |
Who will pony up the first 10k as a retainer? :hmmm:
