[REQ]Down U-Boat acceleration

Hey all, when i m starting my u-Boat diesel engine, i feel i m in a F1 and not in a 1939 U-Boat. We go at 10knt in 1 second... It s really not realist. Someone can work on U-Boat and Ship acceleration to be more realist ?
