Charging her for assault is a little over the top, one has to wonder though, if she is in jail, who is not being breast fed?:hmmm:

I don't know, I was always under the impression that spitting or peeing on someone was considered assault, certainly if done as an act of malice. I don't know why spraying someone with any other bodily fluid should be any different legally. It's still the forcing of unwanted physical contact on another person.
