Is there any way to change the language after installation?

During installation of SHV you have to pick between English and German language. I have started with English to get familiar with the game. But, since there are english subtitles throughout the game, I would like to switch back to German language. Is there a way to do this without reinstalling the game? or will I have to reinstall to switch to german voices?
