[REL] Slower calmer Water MOD 0.5

This MOD slows down water and shortens the waves a bit

It is still work in production

I and a few more subsim mates here, have quite a good collection of good old mods, and we might be able to help you.
But beware: most of the discontinued mods were either replaced by newer and better mods, or they are anyway uncompatible with current "must have" mods :yep:
