There's spots for them in the Captain's area of the crew management page. Haven't earned any yet.

How about for the crew? :o

Medals are in. You give out medals and distribute earned moral points to increase their abilitys. Medals rises the moral making the crew more effective :)
The system works quite nice, at least so far.

Good to hear that, for a second I thought another feature that bit the dust..

Moral gets lower the longer you are out at sea or if you get punded by destroyers. You can chat with the crew to try rise the moral but some conversations can have opposite effect, have the cook to make special meals and other stuff to try raise the moral. There are numerous ways.
There are different voices for different situations. You can actually hear that they are depressed. Good thing is that moral effects the crew individually meaning it isn't everyone or none :)

Can I play the Tipperary song to them? :O:
