how to use the Stadimeter
 

Has anyone figured it out? the manual gives no explanation whatsoever.

As near as I can figure out, you:

1. place the thick middle horizontal line of your scope on the waterline of the target ship; and

2. place the thinner stadimeter line on the highest mast of the ship, excluding the flagpole.

but that is pure conjecture on my part.

Thats what you did in 3.... i guess it would be the same.... i dont have 5 so im just guessing.
