{REL} Surfacing Diesel start up routine

Hi I made a simple little sound mod. The "submarinesurfacing.wav" sound now has a deeper gurgling sound (from das boot) plus the diesel engine start up routine when the crew switch over to the engine room. Using JGSME, you will only over write "submarinesurfacing.wav"

this sound file is a combination of three files-the original surfacing sound, a surfacing sound i got from Das boot (when they surface to view the burning merchant ship), and a "diesel engine start up" sound I found at Raptor's mediafie downloads page
