Question regarding LOOP-Entry in Waypoints
Hello people,
what is the function of the LOOP-entrys LOOP=-1 LOOP=0 LOOP=1 especially at the last waypoint of an unit? Thank you, h.sie |
I learned a lot of things about the LOOP function from this older thread. It refers to SH4, but it works the same in SH3:

Thanks for this very interesting thread!
What do you think is the best way to make the DD's more aggressive? I have tried the Sim.cfg file, increasing sonar contact time and switching to Veteran in Mission Builder both of which seem to work! Any have any other ideas? KUrtz |
May I ask which Supermod are you playing?
In GWX they are strong enough I think. Months ago I tried LSH and the DDs were much to weak, even in the later years. Then I changed enemy surface factor in Sim.cfg to the GWX-value und DDs became more painful. But what does that have to do with the LOOP-entry?? h.sie |

Because those GWX DD's send you darn near LOOPy!!!! :haha::har: |

Jawohl, Herr Kaleun!! Ist onion soup, ja??
(My understanding of the German language only comes from SH3, which does not include an acceptable translation of either onion, nor soup). |

I am running Stock 1.4b with a few ships that I have downloaded in the Forum. The DD's seem to die on me after about 15 minutes playing time! I have set the Sim.cfg Sonar contact time to 40, that seems to help but I want them on my a** for an hour or two!:rotfl2: KUrtz Ps. I am on about SingleMission play!! |

I strongly recommend to install a Supermod like GWX or NYGM. Then the DDs are much more aggressive....
