AA and deck gun- how to u un-man them?
 

I think Ive figured out how to man the aa and deck gun positions ... but how do you un-man them?

I believe that in SH4, you man the guns by being surfaced and at battle stations and unman them by taking off battle stations or diving. There's no specific man or unman command like SH3.

As stated, you unman them by taking them off battlestations, but the game still sees them in the exterior slots when dived. They are easily killed by depth charges if you leave them in the slots, so move them to another location not on the outside. I always use my best gunners, so usually torp or watchmen and I don't want them killed, so I move them back to where they belong once I'm done with them.
