I come from an entire family of sports fanatics. Whenever there's a family gathering, all everyone talks about is sports, sports, sports and more sports. I however never payed attention to ANY sports and have never had any interest in them. I couldn't tell you one team from another. Heck, my father almost disowned me because I had no idea who this "Calhoun" guy was who was popping up in all these TV commercials here in Connecticut (I guess he's the coach of the UCONN Women's basketball team or something).
My family are the type that during basketball season, they have the huge UCONN banner hanging up, or they'll have the huge Red Sox flag out or whatever. Sundays especially, for my family, has always revolved around whatever sport happened to be on TV that day. My dad was a jock. My sister is a jock, my uncle, jock, my cousins, all jocks and were also state soccer, basketball, baseball, and softball champions, and one also came in second place in the woman's national arm wrestling championships several years back (And she's a small, skinny little thing, and the only person who beat her was this 500lb cow of a woman).
Then... there's me. Scrawny, always sucked at sports, never had an interest in them anyway, always getting locked in lockers by the jocks, etc... :DL
I'm the black sheep of my family.
