Man saves frozen puppy

Poor puppy got himself frozen to railroad tracks when a CSX worker spotted him and freed him.

Nice story.

They just rescued 2 horses in Danmark too, that had fallen through the ice into deep water.
Brave souls, as the rescuers also had to go into the water.
