Where is the TDC in silent hunter ? some news about that ?

i read something curious, about torpedo firing solutions are drawn right on the tactical map. :hmmm:

No screen of the TDC. But i heard a rumour that you can bind it to your XBOX 360 controller on the Y Key (Calculate solution, selects best torpedo, open tube and fire, all this by pressing one button). :D

Guess you need to walk infront of it, to use it. Maybe. But who knows.

I havent seen a large tanker in the screenshots! OMG there will be no large tankers in game!!!!!:wah:

I guess, you will take the data and say it to XO, and he will charge in TDC.

the question is if there are a dedicated screen for it, is automatic , or exist in the interior of the boat

From the videos there is a lack of a lot of information about how game play will happen. It seems like the primary (only?) focus is on glitzy graphic eyecandy.

I do hope that Ubi releases a video that shows plotting and targeting to let the more serious simulation-loving players know what to expect.

Since you were mostly on the "enemy" side of SH5, from the beginning, it really must be a bitter "victory" :haha:. Don't worry, at least we'll be able to mod the IX in the game since the save games are...

It's not a "victory"--that would imply a competition--just the thinkings of a realist. ;)

Besides, it isn't the game I've been against, it's the "you're wrong, don't judge SH5 until you play it because I know it will be the best thing ever, even though I haven't played it either!!!!" attitude of some posters. See, hyperbole and hypocrisy don't go down too well with me. Perhaps a personal failing...perhaps not.

:yep: to the last part. I play SH3 with auto-TDC because I figure as Kaleun it's not my job to do that stuff.
