Uboat documentary in TV right now

National Geographic if you have the channel.
Telling about U-123 and Operation Drumbeat.
Turn it on if you can...

Just watching National Geographic documentary - on carnage that u-boats made on Canadian ships - at St.Lawrence river mouth... from May 42.
Narrow bay, shallow water with mixing of river and ocean water layers - making sonars blind, it was heaven for u-boats hunting.
They would just take positions and fire torp by torp... what a carnage and horor...:o

Will it be on DRK, and if so, what time?

No, Snestorm, not that I know of, it ain't on the program.

But NG ain't Danish, I just had it in my cable, so I thought if anybody else could, they should have the info. That's all...
Anyway, it's over now, and it was kind of, well, quick. It's was the time period of 1941 till the closure of the air gap within one hour (incl. commercials), so I have seen better documentaries.... But it wasn't directly bad...
