Pelosi "One way or another" (politics)

The libs wont take a little set back like a public denouncement of their agenda stop them !

Quote:

"Let's remove all doubt, we will have healthcare one way or another," Pelosi said during an event in San Francisco on Monday. "Certainly the dynamic would change depending on what happens in Massachusetts. Just the question about how we would proceed. But it doesn't mean we won't have a health care bill."

Maybe it will die, and USA's taxpayers won't get another BILL (both definitions intended) that they can't afford.

While I have an idea what he is saying - I would rather be hearing what many of the high level "progressives" in the Democratic party are saying right now....

The results of the race are a huge disaster for the current liberal agenda.

The results of the race are a huge disaster for the current liberal agenda.

And a huge plus for the taxpayers.

I'm thinking its gonna stall. Control of both houses is on the line in November and there are a lot of Dems up for re-election thinking that they might be "Scott Browned" as well.

Maybe congress taking a little more time (after the elections) might be a good thing.

I don't think doing nothing concerning health care is the best strategic move so "something" will have to be done. I am still hoping for a incremental approach to this issue instead of the grand slam approach.
