Lampedusa antisubmarine nets
Hi,I have a problem in Lampedusa harbour (at mediteranean) there was no escorting vessel in/or out the harbour on my approach.. I rammed the nets in full speed last time and almost sunk myself but just in time I docked with ESC there, once I decided to leave Lampedusa the one escorting small verpostenboot class, wich as I suppose had to escort me out of the harbour through the nets almost rammed the harbour wall and got stuck there. I'm not using external cams to fly around and look for a gap. HEEELP!! :(

Yes in the SH3 editor everything looks pretty good but when the game loads it looks like this:http://img691.imageshack.us/img691/3...otingerror.jpgI hope you can see that this little ship does a sharp turn to port and meets the wall, no go for him noe.. So I bet the first waypoint was made too close to the unit resulting to make this fatal turn happening.. It would hurt less if this particular vessel did not act an important harbour escort role, or if I had Lampedusa included into mines/subnets map.. Really annoyng a bit..

use the perishskop to look where you go?:shucks::D
i mean underwater... hehe:yep: |
I've checked all the waypoints for the Vorpostenboot and they appear fine....it is scripted to vanish upon reaching its final waypoint and other vessels are 'docked'.
The above would suggest a game save within a 50km radius of said vessel which would cause said vessel to loose its waypoint and act in the manner you are describing. Limitations imposed upon us by the game engine I'm afraid. |
