Simple Web Based E-mail
I like to keep a web base e-mail account for dealing with online stuff, however Yahoo mail is just getting too much. All I want is to be able to send and receive e-mails.
Everytime I log onto Yahoo they have changed it so I can connect and share. I don't want to. Any alternatives that are dead simple like it used to be. |

Freemail (web.de) http://web.de/fm/
I'm using it exclusively since ten years or so, for all my accounts. No spam, so security breaches, once a week a single advert mail by them that you can simply, safely delete, unread. Said to be the leader in Germany, and leading the test results of magazines since many years. Google-services I would not trust one inch. Google is a data kraken. P.S. If you need help with the German registration formula, let me know. |

There is a new member called SHAddict just registered using a *.googlemail.com account. ;) Soz Neal. |
I've had MSN hotmail for the last 10 years or so. No complaints here.

I agree with getting Gmail. Its straight and to the point.
There are no advertisements, or "News" like there is with Yahoo. I hate when I have to check my mother or my girlfriends Yahoo accounts because it takes forever just to get to the flipping mail. |
I have gmail, and I am not banned.
|
I use Windows Live Mail with my verizon email address. No adds, no crap, just email. Period.
|
I use www.myway.com
No pop-ups. Editable to suit your taste. News, sports, all that crap. Easy-to-use email. |
Used Hotmail for many years now....never let me down.
I maintain a few for different sites. |
If you were to link your Yahoo account with Microsoft outlook it would rid you of all the crap also.
As a side not I'm also registered to the forums with my gmail account. |
