Looking for this mod...
 

It was out a while ago and I couldn't find it in any of the files. What it did was allowed the selection of ANY torpedo any year of the war. I don't rememeber the name of it, but if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd sure appreciate it. :DL

I think you can easily modify your basic.cfg (backup!)
