If there is something wrong with purchased food, and it has not been consumed, a refund is in order.
If you purchase milk at the supermarket, and it's curdling, do you want a replacement, or would you prefer a refund so you can buy your milk from a more reliable/safer source???

Never, ever, ever accept a replacement of unsat food!!!

The McDonald's was too cheap to refund USD 1, and it cost them USD 3.000.
They should have refunded her money, and let her leave, just as any REAL restaurant would do.

That's what you get when you employ spotty teenagers as managers. :D Mind you when you are paying peanuts you can't expect much can you?

I had heard from a different source that she ate the entire burger then demanded a refund. They offered to make her a new one for her complaint but she wanted her money. When the scam backfired the Ghetto behavior came out.

Lock her up and lose the key.
