O.Mv705 will not work

I canot get OMv705,OMv705 to v720 to work with jsgme i have extracted it with 7z ,delted the double file it places it in, placed it in the mod file when i slect the game it shows it loading and indicates it is ready but will not run.
It will load run and deselect RFB 2.0,TMO 19,UBM with no problems :hmmm::hmmm::hmmm:

I am running sh4 umb addon 1.5
