Flatout: Ultimate Carnage Problem
 

Hi, my Son purchased a copy (legit), of "Flatout: Ultimate Carnage" when starting the game it goes to the setup screen ok but doesn't matter what you change it always goes to a black screen with the Fatal error message "Live initialization failed!", have reinstalled the game and Windows Live but still the same (tried windowed), has anyone any idea's, do you have to be online even though your playing SP? System is XP Pro. Any Idea's?:hmmm:
