Shaft of Daylight into Control Room
 

Will SH5 have a shaft of 'daylight' coming from the Watch Deck open hatch into the Control Room via the Coning Tower ?

In both SH3 and SH4 there was no environmental connection between the sea outside and inside the boat. Adding that connection would greatly enhance immersion.

Will this question get answered ?

The devs have said something like you can move through the entire sub, including the deck, without clicking any things, which makes me believe the conning tower hatch is opened and you can see through it. That'd probably also mean some light enters from it.

All peachey, till you forget to close it and light becomes water. It would be cool to have to check the christmas tree before a dive though.
