Underwater blur

Hi all...I am using TMO 1.9 w/patch. I've noticed a blur when viewing the sub underwater, like a ghost of the sub. I am wondering if this is a new effect in 1.9, and if so can I disable it?

things like that are very often connected to the grafics settings you use

try turning off anti aliasing

It hasn't happened again since I posted this. Maybe it was a ghost, lol. Seriously I'll check my graphics settings and if/when it happens I'll record it.
