Watch is not wearing "Ölzeug" during storm?
 

Fellow Commanders please help me!
My crew wont change its clothes for rainy/stormy weather and I have no idea why. Even if I switch the watchcrew, it doesnt help.

Has anyone experienced this "problem" before? It is odd to see the watch on deck during a heavy storm not wearing its Ölzeug... :shifty:

I think your watch crew is not wearing oilskins on deck during bad weather because you have told them the weather is not really all that bad. If it is good enough to shoot in, you don't need to wear oilskins.

This is a side-effect of the All Weather Guns mod you have enabled. The game engine uses the same parameter to determine if it is OK to use guns as it uses to determine the need for bad weather gear. You want realistic clothing choices? Make realistic shooting choices.

Stop being cruel to your crew and putting them in danger of being washed overboard from their gun postitions. Disable that mod.

Thank you very much, I totally missed that! And to be honest, I dont use the guns during bad weather anyway. It is unrealistic and not effective.

Sometimes I have to dive and surface again for my crew to put on their weather gear.

I say at time in WWII or other war,they take what they need in hard time,many of them was skilled and the situation change in size so use flak or deck gun was more enforce to avoid the enemy,if the crew have no fish left,I´ts was clear.
