That is 'Attack At Dawn' by Tom Freeman http://www.psionguild.org/forums/ima...ies/pirate.gif

The German Type VIIC submarine U-132A attacks one of the five ships she sunk on her patrol of June 10 to August 16, 1942. 31¼"x 22" limited edition print is signed and numbered by the artist.
