Gyoraitei Torpedo Boat question

Just wondering if the PT boat from Miner's ship pack has sonar and depth charges? Or just the torpedos and guns.Have it loaded and assigned as escort in some small convoys in campaign, just wondering if its a threat to my sub when submerged...
