My copy of SH4 is just gathering dust, so who wants it for free ?

heck if nothing else make a gift of it for xmas, you must know someone who might enjoy it or a kids charity

A week late, I have my DL copy and went to Half Price books and got the
Gold edition for $6.00 (just in case) :damn:

Just wanted to say I feel admiration towards this nice offer that you made, Uber Gruber, in this world where the only thing that matters actually is money.

I'm sure someone will raise his hand soon.

If i wasn't familiar with Uber Gruber's opinion of this game and it's subject content, i'd think it was a nice offer too. :O: But yeah, im sure they'll be a taker eventually. :salute:

I already have two copies - one early one and one with UBM. Otherwise I'd have responded right off the bat.:sunny:

I want to give away mine, but it only have the game and bonus disc and the CD- key, threw out the manual, map, ship rec poster, and the box, since I kept my game discs in a DVD/CD carrying case.

Part of the problem is that with the one time key the download of UBM add-on has, that old version isn't much good to anyone over the long term. If they want to play the current 1.5 version, they have to buy a download UBM. That's a loser every time, unless you NEVER have file corruption that requires a reinstall. That's just not going to happen. Eventually the recipient of the "free" game is going to have to buy SH4 Gold anyway!:shifty:

I think this is pretty much the reason there are no takers. Many of us here have it and most of us purchased multiple copies. I bought four at least and gave three away.

There is no need to speak profanely. Everyone has an opinion about SH4, I am very happy to have it and run three installs with no issues. I encourage folks to try it stock, and with mods and to purchase the Gold edition from the bargain bin or Amazon. It delivers a ton of entertainment value at a very small cost. Regardless of its warts and wrinkles we are lucky to have these sims and the future one on the way.

Perhaps someone has a copy of UBM to give away? Anyway, i'll leave the offer open just in case any new commanders happen to pop by.

Just for the record - i wrote F then an E, followed by a C and finally a KING but the forum feels it is a profanity... here in ireland it is about as profane as flippin' or bloody or something similar.:salute:
