Cold War Movie title search
 

Hi guys,

I'm searching for a cold war movie (I think it was created during the '60s').
The movie is about a US destroyer, which has an aggresive captain who tries to hunt a Soviet submarine and violates the Rules of Engangement by doing so.
I also know that there is a German advisor (former sumbarine captain) on board and a reporter.

Does anybody remember the title of this movie?
