Base Transfer -- When?
 

I am now deep into November, 1940 in my current career and still being launched from Wilhelmshaven. Isn't the 2nd flotilla supposed to get transferred to Lorient by now? I keep getting sent to AM54 each patrol, but my boat (1934 Destroyer) only has enough fuel to get there. Seriously, once there I do not even have enough fuel to make to to Brest for refueling.

Did I miss the transfer orders?
