GWX3 - external view circle missing: have been looking 4 over an hour

Hello.
I'm running GWX3.

When submerged and in external view mode the arrow of the ship is missing.
I've been looking for over an hour and can't find this mod.

By accident I installed a different mod and in map view I have lines for the ships showing in red.

Please help!

GWX is a realism mod, and with that in mind they removed the u-mark.
