Computer Question
The Documents folder got too full so, I sub-divided it into the 28 letters of the alphabet.
If I move the "SH3" folder into the new "S" folder, will SH3 be able to find it, or will I be asking for trouble by moving it? Please excuse the dumb question. This time I'd rather NOT learn from my mistakes. |
Should work providing you change the path of your desktop or start menu shortcut. Right click on the short cut, go to properties, and change the shortcut target.
If that fails you can always move it back.:yeah: |

It's not as simple as that. The location for the savegame profile is somewhat hardcoded in the game. You need to use this tool.:
http://www.subsim.com/subsim_files/p...5/MultiSH3.zip [EDIT] I don't think you can hide it in a higher folder level. Check the readme.htm in the zipfile. |
If you more folders from save games, whatever the game is, it wont find your save game, and will create a new folder for it.
I really wouldn't advise moving those folders. |
Thank you Pisces, and Philipp Thomsen.
Glad I asked. And glad for being a procrastinator (en sp?). The ekstra folder shal remain. |
