I watched a little bit of this and I was amazed, I read A Glorious Way To Die beforehand too. The Yamato story is tragic. It's a very well done movie if I must say so

Well Sledge I'm glad you enjoyed it. I thought someone like you would. I've never read "A Glorious Way To Die." I might just have to do that.

I have seen this movie. It is pretty good, but I saw some pretty inaccurate things during combat sequences. It was also sappy in a way which I thought rather silly at times.
