Question?

I downloaded the North Carolina BB file. Loaded it through the JSGME.

It says that it is available in Career.

Yet I tried to start another career and it is not available.

What am I doing wrong?

Is it available in single missions? If yes then your problem could be you need to choose a different career start time or start base. If the answer is no than most likely the mods isn't installed in JSGME correctly. The file path should be MODS/North Carolina/Data. A lot of the time its the North Carolina part that gets doubled.
