Download version of SH3
 

This is not about getting a free copy of SH3.
I already have owned it since it first came out. However since getting a new computer a few years ago I have not wanted to install it because of that protection program that can stuff up your computer. I do a lot of 3d work and can't aford to have problems.
What I looking for is a download version that doesn't have that nasty little program in it.
Some of you will have seen some German Minesweepers etc in modes. Those are my models and I have never seen them in the game.
I always like this sim and would like to be able to use it again.

You can get it through the SUBSIM Store :yep: scroll down the following link, you will see SH3, the DVD,
without Starforce.

If you want a download version without Starforce, I recommend the Steam version:

The subsim version will support subsim which is great, but it's not downloadable.

Support the subsim store when possible...

Does it have Starforce? I was on that site earlier and I did not see if it did or did not. I am guessing no.

I know the DVD Version as per my post above does not.

No Starforce or other protection. Also you can re-download without cost.

Thanks guys. I got it from stream for now. But I will get the one from subsim to so I have a hardcopy.

Sorry for the delay replying. I have trouble getting onto to this site at home.

By the way I did a mission and sank 4 ships. When I returned to base they showed in my personal report but I wasn't award them in the results list and got no credit. What have I done wrong?
