Help! Badly need a missing file in RFB 1.52

I have so far been unable to apply the RFB 1.52 patch succesfully because apparently the pack I downloaded (2 times from different locations) is missing a file, which causes a CTD when I start the game. :wah:

It is a rather small graphic file, so can someone check his install and send me the file (PM me for my e-mail) or put it up somewhere so I can download it?

The file is:

Menuiconstab.tga (Or more probably Menuiconstab.dds)

in the following directory:

data/menu/skins/American/gui/layout/
