Torpedo depth?

How am I supposed to figure out what depth to run my torpedos at towards my target?

AFAIK there's no ID book like in Silent Hunter to give me keel info on surface ships. :(

Depth

So far I've just been lame and setting it to 3m - if its a bigger ship, maybe deeper.
