DVD base game move to DL based

Hello.
I'm running GWX3 and Commander mods.

I have purchased several copies of SH3 DVD ver as I keep on loosing damn DVDs. I recently purchased download copy via the forum link.

Is there any way to "convert" my DVD based game to the DL ver?
