How to add an operative sub to another navy?

How to add a new sub in an existent navy? For example: I want an operative (by me) Seawolf in the British Navy (or a Kilo in the Italian Navy...).:up:

I use Alfa Tau 3.1. I know the data base editor, but i don´t know how to add the subs.
