Weird message

I was patrolling near Scapa when suddenly I recevied this message

Funny thing about this is that I am U-37! Does this mean that I should return to port or is this for the "real" U-37?

Should I give a number to my sub that haven't been used in WWII like U-115?

Btw, my signature is from my old career I should update it.

that is odd, can't say that i've come across that before,
did you already complete your grid objective and just using the free time to get your tonnage up or on the way to your grid objective?
