WIP - Signal Flags for Ships

Expect to see these on a new series of merchant ships to be released with the WWI subs.

I want to improve them a bit - has there been a mod to reduce the size of the flags? Or to make triangular pennants & forked flags? Also would prefer to have a single string of signal flags for the sake of convenience, instead of needing to insert each one in via s3ditor.
