changing base?
 

This has probably been asked a million times but the search function does not return any useful information... I started in 39, I am now in july 1940, I got a radio message telling me to go to lorient, but when I go there I'm stuck with no option to upgrade my sub. So I have to go all the way back to wilhelmshaven. I'm using gwx 3.0
