IL-2 question.
 

I'd like to get Il-2 for my computer. The two Il-2 products on steam, are Pacific Fighter for $19.99, and Il-2 Sturmovik 1946 for $9.99.

I'm a little confused on what I get with 1946. The box says 5 games in one. Does it include Pacific fighter? Should I only get 1946? :doh: Help is much appreciated.

Get 1946. Not sure why Pacific Fighters is more expensive, but 1946 has all the il-2 games, including Pacific Fighters.

Yeah Pacific Fighters is 19.99 on steam, even though its only 9.95 on D2D.

I would get IL 46, because it has all the versions of the IL2 series in it, including Pacific Fighters. Plus, with 46, if you want to try the various mod packs that are out, a fully patched IL 46 is needed.

1946... includes picific fighters, and il2 with the addons...

IL2 1946 has everything ever released to the franchise, PF included. (sorry, saw everyone else spamming, so couldnt help it. :haha:)

I would've put it in the Flight sim area, but wasn't sure on how soon I'd get a response.

I've been playing the game for the past 3 hours, its quite fun. Although I've only managed to do a lot of crashing. :oops:

I think thats how we all started... lol

There are no actual valleys in Russia. There are just places where I crashed my Il-2.:DL

I just retried the same mission 6 times because I kept crashing my HE-111 during take off. :haha: I gave up for the night.
