Radar Antenna Up/Down ... new version for GWX 3.0

New mod-file FM30_UpDown_final.7z ... size 346 KB.
This mod is absolutely independent original work, and this mod don't uses stuff from other similar mods of other authors.

The main difference of this mod (FM30_UpDown_final.7z) from old (December 2006) mod, that the Radar antenna
at lowering into the case occupies an initial position ...
In this mod we can control raising and lowering Radar Antenna (FuMO 30 ... 64) using new
StateMachine Class... and using next commands:
1) Turn on radar and raising antenna - keys Shift+R ...
2) Turn off radar and lowering antenna - keys Ctrl+R ...
Special feature of this mod the turn on/off handle (Radar_toggle_on_off) is not
interactive now ...

In this version of mod the logic of new SMClass has been changed for masking
(detour) of re-initialization of radar antenna's position during execution of Radar_View command.
And when you switch camera on Radar_view (press R button)
automatically turns on Radar_one_sweep mode.

Installation:
Using JSGME ...
Unpack FM30_UpDown_final.7z file in MOD folder.
To attach to game as last mod...

This mod is compatible with DFa_UpDnRot_Flags_fin2.7z mod ...

I convincingly recommend to use this mod withDFant_subFlag_2010 and
GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010 mods!

Bidirect_compat_4_DFaFlag&Pens.7z

It's patch for bidirectional compatibility FM30_UpDown_final
with GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010 mod.

Unpack Bidirect_compat_4_DFaFlag&Pens.7z file in MOD folder.
To attach to game before or after FM30_UpDown_final mod, if
FM30_UpDown_final is installed after GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010 mod.

I keep getting a "page not found error" message. I am using Firefox 3.5.2
It doesn't work with IE either.

Just downloaded it with no problem. Of course I've never played late enough in the war to actually have radar, but if I ever do...

Play any single mission with Type VIIC/42 since 1944... 1945 ...
and try it ...

If in the beginning of mission or campaign the submarine is on the surface the radar is activated at once (antenna rotates) without participation of the player (SH3 stock game issue) ... as i have not found the good solution of this problem (it's hardcoded), i has changed logic of Animation Graph work ...
Now at initialization (loading) of game the radar antenna rises at once...
Therefore if you begin game under water you should press keys Ctrl+R at once !!!

Hi Anvart,

Tested it and it's really great. But the radar antena don't goes automatically down when I order PD, etc. Is it possible to make it this way like in the DF Antena mod?

Only manually ... but very accurately ...
Are you Captain or no? :D
In old mod radar antenna had dial controller (used for the handle of radar turn on/off) ...
Now we have other mechanism ...
