Beer bottles are poo

Why they make them so easy to break?! Wouldnt it be wiser to make them abit tougher as they are, in most cases, handled by inviduals who are drunk? There I was, ready to take my last beer from the fridge before taking a dive to depression knowing that was my last one. Well, the ********r launched like a rocket out of the fridge as I opened to door (dont ask how, has no idea) and droåped the 25cm fall to the floor. Did it break? OFCOURSE IT FRICKING BROKE!!! The fricking bottom fell off (first one to make reference to the 'the front fell off' vid is a douche)! Shouldnt that be the strongest point in a bottle for crying out loud?! Darn amateurs. :damn:

hmm... that sounds like it sucks...
better luck next time. lol

actually i've always had issues getting beer bottles to break, especially when full, hell i've dropped a whole 8 pack on the floor in the supermarket from standing and they just skittered accross the floor looking rather shook up.
guarentee'd however that as soon as its the last beer and it drops out the fridge 8" or so it'll break, thats the law according to SOD.

Well Dowly I think the Finnish beer industry is hearing your desperate cry of despair and is in the process of replacing glass bottles with cans and even plastic bottles. I don't personally enjoy hopping over broken pieces of beer bottles on the steets.

I once broke a beer simply by lifting a plastic bag that had a sixpack in it. How is that possible?!

More proof that boozers are losers. :yep:

Some times you eat the beer, Sometimes the beer eats you :03:

The Finnish Beer Industry only caters it's products to a select group of responsible and trendy adults who are fully aware of any risks that any health organisations, whether private or public, are presenting at this moment in time.

This message is brought to you by the Finnish Beer Industry.

I dont like cans. It tastes funny from them. :shifty: And they can break pretty easily too, especially if they land bottom first.

Yeah can beer tastes like aluminum. But you can always get the plastic bottles! They made those specifically for people who break their bottles.

Shearwater 08-24-09 10:07 AM

I think plastic bottles are even worse, apart from the fact that I consider it somewhat blasphemous.
Why don't buy a keg Dowly? Simply put a tube from the keg to your mouth - then you can drink until you throw up while remainig cozily seated :DL
