Reducing bridge crews night sight ability

Hello.

At daylight my watchcrew has a normal vision ability, but at dark nights they spot things I cannot see, e.g. a T-Class submarine in 14 km distance. How can I reduce the superb night vision a little bit without side effects?

thanks,
h.sie

Hi h.sie. Are you playing with OLC's mod enabled. If yes, then, as far as i know, OLC's mod reduces the visibility for both the player and the crew and it has nothing to do with sensors. It seems that it has to do with the new feature of MkIIc where now all ships will not "flow in the fog" anymore.

Its tomfon and by the way i've just read your post at the "20km atmosphere" thread. Unfortunately i don't know how you can achieve the balance you say you'd like and therefore i can't help you, sorry. On the other hand, as far as i can remember, the node for visibility in sensors.dat affects only the spotting capabilities of the crew. So i guess the real issue remains.
