multish3 problem

I hope someone can help me with this problem. When I try to run multish3 all I get is this 'Filemanager.dll not found multish3 will now exit. What am I doing wrong or is this file corrupt?
I did follow the instruction is there something I missed? thanks

I found the problem... It was me:damn: I was trying it on sh2. boy do I need to get my glasses updated. Thanks for the help
