Need help in modding
 

Okay I am interested in modding boats for the game I have limited experience with modding other games. I have mostly done simple mods as in info files. This time I want to get into the guts of things. I first need recommendations of programs need and perhaps sites that would have information for me to study to learn how to do this. Suggestions gentleman?

You'll Need S3d. there should be a thread about stickied here in this forum.

I use Misfit Model 3d for all of my 3d modeling, its free, and dirt simple to use.
