Need Help with a Skin for a balao boat
 

I have downloaded skins from battleflags and I love them but the back third is black instead of grey. I have experimented and mostly got this fixed using only paint and photoshop, I can not get my lines smooth out. When in the game you can see up close where it needs tweaked on to follow the lines of the side of the boat. Then the very back of the boat nned work. if someone could help me? and where do I need to load the file so others can look at it?
