Cannot log on to ubi or play online
 

Hi All
I have a problem that i cannot log on to multiplayer room with my user name and password, i,e
i play on line with some guy in the states and now i cannot log on as it will not accept any inputs, is said user name does not exist,password is forbidden,and wont let me creatwe a new account ?
any help would be great

The only way I know to get around this is to use a different email account.
