Monsun Patrols

Hey guys, I'm on a career just now in the Far East. How do the patrol grids work?? I've been ordered to patrol the TIMORSEA, and I have arrived in the TIMORSEA and am patrolling there but the game logs don't register my boat as being there, so I don't know when I'll be "cut loose" to free roam after being there for 24 hours.

Any tips?

I'm presuming your playing GWX3.0.....if so, there is no need to stay in your patrol grid for 24 hours because the renown for that element of the game has been removed.

Ahhh right, so I can basically patrol wherever I wish then?? :)

If you want to patrol the grid and pick up the extra renown. Theres a MOD that allows this.

GWX 3 -Renown Replacement. <--It gives you the renown that vanilla would have givin you and what GWX3 took away. I use it. :D
